We have found this level of service to be his standard operating approach. After calling us back, he rapidly set the wheels in motion to find us The Best House For Our Needs. I have capitalized this because this is exactly the approach he uses, making our needs, not regional economics, not his schedule or convenience, but our needs as his driving motive in our home search. I will never forget the 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon that Shannon Connely spent on a long distance phone conversation with me explaining in detail the mechanism of buying a home in the Scottsdale area, steps to make the purchase and move easier and trouble-free and going over the Arizona real estate purchase contract, point by point, and explaining everything to me to give me the confidence to move forward.
I will never forget his immediate call-backs with answers to our questions, the timely and expert advice on regional real estate and investment concerns given during discussing potential homes, the many hours of his personal time he spent personally visiting potential home purchases for us and photographing them so that we could look at them from our home in Calgary and consider making an offer, and the ability to contact him any day of the week or time of day and still hear that characteristic cheerful welcoming voice to answer our questions and give timely advice. After this initial groundwork, it only took two days to actually visit the Scottsdale area and select, from our final list, the home that would be best for us.
Then Shannon made himself available during our visit to help smooth the way for the financing, the closing, getting to know the previous owners and Scottsdale, finding furniture stores for us, entertaining us and even remembering my daughter's birthday while we were in Scottsdale. He even sent personal condolences when Ted's mother died during this home search.
In short, Shannon is more that an expert in luxury home sales, nationally and soon, internationally, he is family. We want to "adopt" this warm, sincere, Christian man and his family, into our family.

Rob and I met Shannon after seeing one of his advertisements while searching the internet looking for investment property in the Phoenix area. Since we were from out of the Country, it was very important for us to work with a Realtor who was extremely knowledgeable in the inner workings of the U.S. Realty Investment Market, as well as someone who was in-tune with what the local market was doing. In speaking to Shannon over the phone, he was always extremely courteous, returned calls immediately, supplied us with any information we needed, and provided answers to all of our questions.
When we flew into Phoenix and met Shannon for the first time, we were completely amazed at his level of enthusiasm, knowledge of the market and investing, and his overall professionalism. When we were ready to purchase our first property, due to the fact that we were foreigners, we were faced with a host of problems. Rather than leave us to figure things out for ourselves, Shannon spent numerous hours on the phone and digging up information and walked with us step by step through the process. He even opened up his home to us, and rather than us sitting in hotel rooms and restaurants invited us to his home for many a dinner and afternoon in the pool. Both Shannon and Sue are extremely gracious hosts as well as their daughters Brittany and Danielle. Their strong morals and family values shine through in everything they say and do.

Look, if he can administrate and operate his realty business with expediency, absolute honesty, hard work, with great personality while always wearing a smile, then why not have him run our country? No experience, ha!, Shannon Connely has done it all before coming to real estate, so he understands the complete picture.
We have bought and sold houses throughout the United States and Canada, and have worked with realtors, some good, some bad, but Shannon Connely raised the bar so high, we can buy and sell the rest of our lives, and not work with another Shannon Connely.
Ok, all of us browsing this website knows real estate, to some extent. But, how many of us know financial investing, or humanitarian aid, or even what to look for when buying a new car? And if in your quest Shannon Connely doesn't know, he will have the answer in minutes. Brings me to another point… how many of you have received a telephone message and thought "I'll get back to them later"? Well, in my countless calls to Shannon Connely after leaving a message, he was always right back to us within minutes, and that doesn't matter if he was in Los Angeles taking yet another investment course, or visiting family out of state.
It became a source of amusement for Sue and me after leaving a message on Shannon's cell phone. Within minutes our phone would ring, and we would both say "it has to be Shannon", and it was.
